ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 

TAKE NOTICE, that sealed bids will be received by the Town of Southampton Housing Authority, 57 Springville Road, Hampton Bays, NY on April 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

 

Universal Design for Access and Decks for Hampton Bays Apartments

                                   

The bid packet is available by email (dtuttle@southamptonhousingauthority.com) or in person at the Housing Authority Office at 57 Springville Road, Hampton Bays, NY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, (except Holidays).


A mandatory pre-bid on-site walk thru will be held on March 26, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.


Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “UNIVERSAL DESIGN FOR ACCESS AND DECKS FOR HAMPTON BAYS APARTMENTS”.


Please note: This job is subject to Prevailing Federal Wage Rates.  All bidders must comply with the requirements set forth in the Federal Wage Schedule included in the bid package. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State, and local laws.
